The world feels heavy right now. That is not your imagination. Wars are increasing. Families are breaking apart. Poverty is spreading. Animals are suffering. Truth is being silenced, twisted, or ignored. And for many believers, it feels like the ground beneath their feet is shifting in ways they never expected.
But here is what you need to remember: none of this caught God by surprise.
Jesus told us in Matthew 24:6, "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come." These are not signs that God has lost control. They are signs that His Word is true, and that His timeline is unfolding exactly as He said it would.
So what do we do in the middle of all of this?
We endure. We persevere. We keep going.
Endurance is not glamorous. It does not trend on social media. It does not always feel powerful or exciting. Most days, endurance looks like waking up and choosing faith when everything around you is screaming fear. It looks like opening your Bible when you feel empty. It looks like praying when you do not even know what to say. It looks like forgiving someone who hurt you, serving someone who overlooked you, and loving people who are difficult to love.
That is not weakness. That is warfare.
And while we endure, we are called to act. The end times are not a reason to pull back and wait. They are a reason to push forward with greater urgency. There are people around you who do not know God, Jesus Christ. They are searching for answers in all the wrong places, filling the void with things that will never satisfy. Your life, your words, your testimony could be the very thing that leads them home.
Share the truth without apology. Do it with love, but do not water it down. The world does not need a softer gospel. It needs the real one.
People are dying spiritually, and they need someone bold enough to point them to the only One who can save them. And as you reach the lost, do not forget the ones right in front of you.
The poor need food, dignity, and hope. They need someone who sees them as a person, not a problem. Animals need protection, compassion, and care.
Proverbs 12:10 reminds us that "A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal." Caring for creation reflects the heart of the Creator.
Your brothers and sisters in Christ also need you. They need encouragement, prayer, and someone willing to stand with them when life gets hard. The Church was never meant to be a place we hide in. It was meant to be a force that goes out, loves loudly, and refuses to shrink back no matter the cost.
Galatians 6:9 says, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." That verse was written for seasons like this one. For people like you, who are tired but still showing up. Who are stretched thin but still choosing to give. Who are discouraged but still holding onto faith with both hands.
God sees every quiet act of faithfulness. He sees every prayer whispered in the dark. He sees every sacrifice made when no one was watching. He sees every moment you chose to keep going when quitting felt easier.
The end times are not the end of your purpose. In many ways, they are the beginning of your greatest assignment.
Keep going. Stay faithful. The harvest is coming.
